We accept concept summaries first, so we can assess interest before anyone
signs anything. If it’s aligned, we’ll invite you to sign an NDA and ask for the detail.

Three things worth knowing, so this is a good use of your time.
You are not signing anything +
This form grants CDI no rights over your technology. Send only what you’re comfortable
sending without an NDA in place — a summary, not your source code or schematics. The
NDA comes after we express interest, and before we ask for anything sensitive.
It has to already work +
Software needs a fully working MVP. Hardware or hybrid needs a working proof-of-concept
prototype. We don’t evaluate concepts without a build — not because they lack merit,
but because we can’t commit to a 12-month launch on something unproven.
You get an answer in 10 business days +
Yes or no, with a reason. If we decline, you may resubmit once the project has
materially moved on. We don’t leave submissions unanswered.
What happens next
1 · We read it and reply within 10 business days.
2 · If aligned, you sign an NDA and we run the four evaluation gates.
3 · If it passes, we agree the royalty and sign the 12-month licence.
